Statistical Information Collected by Global-Z
During your visit to the Global-Z Website, our Web server will automatically collect certain non-personal information about your visit. This information will be used only for internal purposes as part of an effort to assess and improve our website, as well as to market Global-Z International services to prospective clients visiting our website. Under no condition will we disclose, sell or transfer any personal information to any third party without your expressed permission. Personal Information Collected from Consumers and Businesses in the European Union and Switzerland
As pertains to the Privacy Shield Principles, Global-Z acts as a Data Processor on behalf of Global-Z’s clients, and each of Global-Z’s clients acts as a Data Controller. Global-Z processes personal information on behalf of its clients only as specified by explicit instructions provided to Global-Z by its clients. Global-Z will not transfer or disclose personal data to any third party, except as explicitly requested by Global-Z’s clients and only for the purposes for which it was intended. In the absence of written instructions from its clients, Global-Z will not be liable for the actions of the Data Controller. In cases of onward transfer to third parties of data of EU or Swiss individuals received pursuant to the EU-U.S. or Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks, Global-Z International is potentially liable.
Global-Z also adheres to the Privacy Promise of the DMA.
Data Security and Access
All data collected, processed and stored by Global-Z, either for its own purposes or on behalf of its clients, is protected by industry-standard security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of the data, and to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of this information. Security measures include the use of data encryption technology, internet firewalls, and physical and electronic access restrictions. Access to data is permitted to specific Global-Z employees only as necessary to perform the data processing services required by Global-Z’s clients.
Individuals may request that Global-Z disclose what if any personal information Global-Z collects and stores about that individual, and may request that the information be amended or corrected if it is deemed inaccurate. Likewise, any Global-Z client may request that personal information about its customers be corrected or amended. To submit a request, contact Global-Z directly via email, phone, or in writing, clearly stating the purpose of the request. In order to protect the privacy of personal data, prior to processing any such request Global-Z will require individuals and organizations to provide proof of identity. When processing these requests, no personal information will be disclosed to any third party. All such requests will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
Global-Z may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. In the event of any such disclosure request, if Global-Z is party to any contract that requires us to notify the contracting party of the disclosure request, and/or to provide the contracting party with an opportunity to contest any such disclosure request, we will make every effort to comply with any such contractual requirement.

Information Security Management System (ISMS) Policy
Information is a valuable corporate asset. Business continuity is dependent on its confidentiality, integrity and continued availability. As such, steps will be taken to protect information assets from unauthorized use, modification, disclosure or destruction, whether accidental or intentional. The protection and integrity of these assets is a basic management responsibility and will be in line with regulatory, legal and contractual requirements.
Information Security and Awareness training will be made available to all staff.
Top Management will establish information security objectives through its framework of Key Success Factors and Key Performance Indicators, and will regularly measure progress towards meeting these objectives.
Top Management is responsible for identifying and protecting information assets within their assigned area of management control and ensuring that these assets are used for management approved purposes only.
Top Management will define, implement and manage a risk assessment process to measure and manage the risk associated with the information assets. All employees must understand their obligations to protect these assets and implement security practices and procedures that are consistent with the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Top Management is committed to the development of an ISMS that will satisfy all applicable information security requirements, including those specified in ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
